Scrum Coach

Asad Safari

“The training method used in this course is known as ‘Training from the Back of the Room’, after a book by Sharon L. Bowman. By this method, learning takes place through teamwork and group cooperation, rather than the traditional ‘Trainers talk; learners listen’ paradigm. Attendees are divided into several groups and learn the concepts with practical exercises, so learning will be achieved in the highest possible level by engaging the participants.”

Asad Safari, Agile and Lean Thinking Coach, has entered software development industry since 2002. At the same time, he has been active in other relevant fields, such as programming, analysis, and project design & management in several well-known software companies. He is currently working as an external Agile coach in Bamilo.

Scrum Assistant

Mahmoud Asadi

Mahmoud Asadi is a programmer and an agile coach himself. During the years of his experience as a programmer, he has become attracted by the Agile Mindset, as he has noticed that coding and developing a product is not everything. Today, he is working with Airin Media, a team in which every member and manager is trying to present high value projects using Agile methodology.
